Downtown’s latest mobile kitchen is now open on Civic Plaza– in a refurbished ’67 Airstream! The Silver Spoon has been serving ABQ Food Fridays all season long. This mobile kitchen has housed different chefs from varying Albuquerque restaurants throughout 2016, making it a true culinary incubator!
